Discovered that there was a database update that needed to be applied overni. Our IT Manager is out for vacation, which is not a big deal, but there are often days when staff are needy. I also don't know the licensing terms for the packages on that site, another major concern.

Ultimately, the idea of installing software from an unofficial source, where it may have been potentially decompiled and modified and weaponized just scares me too much to use it. It wasn't long after that, local admin was revoked (sorry ex coworkers!), I immediately ratted this behavior out to my superiors, who were equally frightened.
